Shipping:
All items advertised on the SnoreMeds™ website include an indication of the expected delivery time.
Orders are generally processed within 2 business days. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on courier networks, public holidays, location, and customs clearance for Australian orders.
Shipping direct from our warehouse:
New Zealand customers — Shipping usually takes 3–5 business days via New Zealand Post Courier.
Australian customers — Shipping usually takes 6–10 business days via New Zealand Post, under normal circumstances.
Australian orders: Please ensure your store currency is set to AUD before checkout so the correct Australian shipping options appear.
Security and Credit Card Security:
SnoreMeds™ uses Shopify’s secure checkout system to process online orders.
Your payment details are handled securely through Shopify Payments and are not stored by SnoreMeds™. Your personal information will not be disclosed to third parties except where required to complete your order, provide customer service, comply with the law, or as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
We take reasonable steps to protect customer information and maintain a safe online shopping experience.

For Australian orders, prices and shipping options may vary depending on the selected store currency and checkout settings. Australian customers should ensure the store currency is set to AUD before checkout so the correct Australian shipping options appear.
Import duties, taxes, customs charges, or other local fees may be payable by customers outside New Zealand. SnoreMeds™ is not responsible for these additional charges.
Agreement of Sale:
An agreement of sale is formed when payment has been successfully authorised and accepted through checkout.
SnoreMeds™ reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or refund an order if there is a payment issue, stock issue, pricing error, suspected fraud, incorrect customer information, or another reasonable commercial reason.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, SnoreMeds™ will refund the amount paid, excluding any non-refundable shipping costs where applicable.
SnoreMeds™ takes reasonable care to ensure product information, pricing, and availability are accurate. However, if an error occurs and a product is listed at an incorrect price, SnoreMeds™ is not obliged to supply the product at the incorrect price and may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

SnoreMeds™ is not liable for loss, damage, or injury arising from misuse, incorrect fitting, failure to follow instructions, or use of the product in a way that is not intended.
