It's worth taking care when setting them up - get the temperature right, and make sure you get the form right (can redo if must, but never sets as well as the first time). Relatively easy to keep hygienic and clean - use denture tabs. Can take a while to get used to wearing but it does help with snoring. Very reliable product and definitely best value for quality product. Recommended.
