To maintain good oral hygiene and prevent the build-up of dental caries, it's generally recommended that mouthpieces be replaced every three to four months.

A healthy cleaning routine is key. After each use, rinse the mouthpiece with warm water and brush it gently with a soft toothbrush and your regular toothpaste. Once cleaned and dried, store it in the container provided to keep it protected and hygienic.

Of course, every user’s experience will differ. Over time, the thermoplastic material of the mouthpiece may change shape, resulting in a looser fit or even the mouthpiece falling out during sleep. This is a clear sign that it’s time to replace it.
