Our Guarantee of Satisfaction and Refund policy:

In order to guarantee customer satisfaction our refund policy includes a forty five (45) day money back guarantee on the single packs only. If we supply the wrong product or if the product is in any way damaged, we will exchange it for the correct one, free of charge. If you are not happy with the product and it was not what you were looking for, we will refund your purchase price excluding delivery costs. Should you require and are eligible for a refund then the original New Zealand Post Air Mail International charge of $13.00 will be deducted and we will gladly refund you once you have provided us with a valid reason.

Item Costs:

The price of each product is displayed with the product. In the event of a sale or special offer, the discounted price is displayed. Import duties may be payable by recipients of goods in foreign countries. SnoreMeds™ will not be liable for any foreign levies or added costs.


All items advertised on the SnoreMeds™ website have an indication of the delivery time. The warehouse has a 2 day handling timeframe, followed by a 3-10 day delivery to New Zealand. Unforeseen delays, seasonal peaks and delays at customs is outside the control of SnoreMeds™ and deliveries may take up to 14 working days.

Agreements of Sale:

An agreement of sale between SnoreMeds™ and a user only comes into effect if and when:
A credit card authorisation is received from the issuing bank; or A deposit of an electronic transfer is reflected on SnoreMeds™ bank statement (and only if such payment is received within 5 (five) business days after completion of the purchase cycle); or A direct deposit is reflected on SnoreMeds™ bank statement (and only if such payment is received within 5 (five) business days after completion of the purchase cycle.

SnoreMeds™ reserves the right to refuse, to accept and/or execute an order without giving any reasons. SnoreMeds™ also reserves the right to cancel orders in whole or in part as circumstances dictate.
SnoreMeds™ shall only be liable to refund monies already paid by the user, excluding the shipping cost. SnoreMeds™ shall take all reasonable efforts to maintain correct prices.
However, should errors occur and items are offered at incorrect prices, SnoreMeds™ will not be obliged to sell goods at such incorrect prices and shall only be liable to refund monies paid.
