Where is my Order?


We dispatch the orders 48 hours after receiving the the purchase. Delivery to our New Zealand customers takes 3-10 days using New Zealand Post. Please contact us on 022-134-0078 if you think there is a problem with your order. Please provide us with your order ID or the email that you used to place the order, so that we can trace the order responsively.

How does the Refund Policy Work?


We only offer a refund on Single Packs and happily honor our refund policy Please contact us if you are not satisfied with the product you have purchased and feel you require a refund. Before refunding you, we expect you to return the item prior to receiving the refund. We deal with each refund on an individual basis and request you provide an explanation as to why the anti-snoring device did not work for you. Should you require a refund, the original $7.50 shipping cost will be deducted.
